On the Lord’s Day:

- 10:30 am — Our worship of the living God this week will include the celebration of the Lord’s Table. Ask the Lord NOW to prepare your heart and mind as you examine your stand before the Lord and His people. Next week (9-12): Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth according to His Word.

***Friday, August 13th, we have to say, “Au revoir” to our visiting misisonaries. But let’s do it with FOOD! Each family is asked to bring a salad-type dish or a platter of sandwiches to share. Beverages and special desserts will be provided for this event at 6:30 pm. But please join us as we meet one last time to bid them a hearty “Farewell.”

- 9:15 am — This Sunday only! Introduction to our visiting missionaries for all Sunday school classes elementary school age and up. This combined class will meet in the (air-conditioned!) sanctuary. All other Sundays: Sunday school classes for all ages: Classes for graded age groups meet to learn from the Scriptures. - 10:30 am — We take a break from our verse-by-verse study of Acts 13 this week for a Communion Meditation from John 10:1-6. If you have missed any messages recently, please contact the church office if you would like a CD copy. Also, sermons are available for play or download under the “Sermon” category on the right side of the page.
- We’ll have our annual Church Potluck Picnic to welcome our visiting missionary family. The “potluck” part will take place downstairs in the Fellowship Hall. Each family is asked to bring a hot dish and a cold dish to share. Then we’ll move outdoors (weather permitting) for games! Make sure to be here; it’ll be a ball! (Kick-ball, that is!)

- Special Note: NEXT WEEK (August 1st), all Sunday school classes elementary-age and up will meet together with our visiting missionaries. Only the Nursery and the Beginner classes will meet separately.
